1. General Advice

• Prewashing prior to the first usage, as some shrinkage may occur. However rest assured, we use only cotton which has been controlled by the mill for shrinkage.
• We recommend prewashing in the same way you will wash your fabric in the future – including drying. Wash all brights, darks and lights separately as some colours may run in their first few washes.
• You will find the abbreviated washing instruction symbols on the webpage under each product.

2. Specific Washing Advices

SILK
Dryclean only, (hand wash at your own risk, using silk detergent. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, drip dry in shade) warm iron.

COTTON
Plain Weave – up to 60 degree machine washable, bleachable if white, hot/warm iron, drycleanable, tumble dry.

Embroidered – prefered cool mashine washing or hand wash / Dryclean. However, we have had good results washing the items up to 30 degree with the washing machine, tumble dry possible

With Laces – see below Laces / Velvets and Jacquardshand. However if the laces are purely a trimming (as in most of our dresses), you can do a cool mashine washing or at low temperatures, no tumble dry

LINEN
Dryclean recommended to guarantee colour integrity. Do not machine wash, hand wash at your own risk. Dry coloured linens in shade (fading will occur in sunlight), hot/warm iron.

RAYON VISCOSE
Drycleanable, cool machine wash or hand wash. Do not twist/wring, iron on reverse side.

LACES, VELVETS, JACQUARD
Cool hand wash or Dryclean only. Please note some of these fabrics are delicate so please be careful against rough surfaces and snagging.

3. Care Symbols

WASHING SYMBOLS
Tub with wavy water:  This means it is safe to machine wash. The dots in tub show the temperature you should us, with one dot = cool, two dots = medium, three dots = hot. If the tub has a cross through it, that means do not machine wash.

Tub with peaked waves:  If it has one line drawn beneath it, this means you must wash this garment on a synthetic cycle. With two lines beneath it, it should be a wool wash.

Tub of water with a hand in it:  Hand wash only.

Circle:  Dry-clean only. If the circle has a cross through it, the item should not be dry-cleaned.

DRYING SYMBOLS

Square with circle in it:  This means the item can be tumble dried. If there is one dot it means low heat, two dots mean mdeium heat and three dots mean high heat. If there is a cross through the symbol, the item should not be tumble-dried.

Square with lines:  If the square has three vertical lines in it, this means you should drip dry the item. If it’s one drooping line hanging from the top, this means hang to dry. If it has one horizontal line in the middle, this means dry the garment flat.

IRONING AND BLEACHING SYMBOLS

Triangle:  A triangle symbol means ‘bleaching allowed’, so one with a cross through it means ‘do not bleach’. One with diagonal lines means use non-chlorine bleach only.

Iron:  The dots in the iron symbol show the temperature you should iron the garment on, so one dot = cool, two dots = medium, three dots = hot. The cross through the iron means – you guessed it – do not iron.

2. คำแนะนำในการซัก

ผ้าไหม
ซักแห้งเท่านั้น (ซักมืออย่างระมัดระวัง ใช้ผงซักฟอกสำหรับผ้าไหม ห้ามใช้น้ำยาฟอกขาว ห้ามปั่นแห้ง ตากไม่บิดในที่ร่ม) ใช้เตารีดไฟอ่อน

ผ้าฝ้าย
ผ้าทอธรรมดา – ซักเครื่องในน้ำอุณหภูมิได้สูงสุด 60 องศา ผ้าขาวสามารถใช้น้ำยาฟอกขาวได้ ใช้เตารีดไฟแรงหรือไฟเบาได้ ซักแห้งได้ ปั่นแห้งได้

ผ้าปัก – ซักเครื่องในน้ำเย็น หรือซักมือ ซักแห้งได้ ใช้อุณหภูมิไม่เกิน30 องศา

ผ้าลูกไม้ – รายละเอียดด้านล่าง

ผ้าลินิน
แนะนำให้ซักแห้งเพื่อไม่ให้สีตก ห้ามซักเครื่อง ซักมืออย่างระมัดระวัง ตากในที่ร่ม (แสงแดดทำให้สีซีดลง) ใช้เตารีดไฟแรงหรือไฟอ่อน

ผ้าเรยอน ผ้าวิสโคส
ซักแห้งได้ ซักเครื่องในน้ำเย็นได้ ซักมือได้ ห้ามบิดหรือรีดด้านใน

ผ้าลูกไม้ กำมะหยี่ ผ้าแจ็คการ์ด
ซักมือในน้ำเย็น หรือซักแห้งเท่านั้น เนื้อผ้าเหล่านี้มีความละเอียดอ่อนดังนั้นโปรดใช้ความระมัดระวังกับพื้นผิวขรุขระ

3. สัญลักษณ์

สัญลักษณ์ในการซัก

สัญลักษณ์อ่างน้ำมีคลื่น:  ปลอดภัยกับการซักเครื่อง ตัวเลขภายในอ่างแสดงถึงอุณหภูมิน้ำที่ควรซัก ถ้าอ่างมีกากบาทผ่านหมายความว่าห้ามซักเครื่อง

สัญลักษณ์อ่างน้ำมีคลื่นแหลม:  หากมีเส้นขีดอยู่ด้านล่างแสดงว่าท่านต้องซักผ้านี้ในโหมดผ้าสังเคราะห์ หากมีสองเส้นจะเป็นโหมดผ้าขนสัตว์

สัญลักษณ์อ่างน้ำมีมือข้างใน:  ซักมือเท่านั้น

วงกลม:  ซักแห้งเท่านั้น ด้านในวงกลมอาจมีตัวอักษรบอกผู้ซักว่าควรใช้ตัวทำละลายแบบใด หากวงกลมมีกากบาทไม่ควรซักแห้ง

สัญลักษณ์ในการปั่นแห้ง

สัญลักษณ์สี่เหลี่ยมมีวงกลมด้านใน:  สามารถปั่นแห้งได้ หากมีจุดอยู่ตรงกลางวงกลม ต้องปั่นในความร้อนต่ำ สองจุดหมายความว่าสามารถปั่นแห้งด้วยความร้อนสูง หากมีเครื่องหมายกากบาทนั้นไม่ควรปั่นแห้ง

สัญลักษณ์สี่เหลี่ยมมีเส้น:  หากสี่เหลี่ยมมีเส้นแนวตั้งสามเส้นหมายความว่าท่านตากแห้งโดยไม่ต้องบิด หากมีเส้นโค้งด้านบนหมายความว่าตากแขวนแห้ง หากมีเส้นแนวนอนหนึ่งเส้นอยู่ตรงกลางแสดงว่าควรตากพาด

สัญลักษณ์ในการรีดและการฟอกขาว

สัญลักษณ์สามเหลี่ยม:  ฟอกขาวได้ สัญลักษณ์ที่มีเครื่องหมายกากบาทจะหมายถึงห้ามใช้น้ำยาฟอกขาว ที่มีเส้นทแยงมุมหมายถึงสามารถใช้น้ำยาฟอกขาวได้ยกเว้นคลอรีน

สัญลักษณ์เตารีด:  จุดในสัญลักษณ์เตารีดคืออุณหภูมิที่คุณควรรีด หนึ่งจุด = ไฟเบา สองจุด = ไฟกลาง สามจุด = ไฟแรง หากมีกากบาทพาดผ่านสัญลักษณ์คือห้ามรีด
